1. Cancellation by Passenger:
- Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur no penalty, and the full fare will be refunded.
- Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full fare, and no refund will be issued.
- For “No Show” passengers (those who do not arrive within 15 minutes of the scheduled pickup time), the full fare will be charged, and no refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation by Company:
- In the rare event that the company needs to cancel a ride, passengers will be informed as soon as possible and will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their ride without any additional fees.
3. Weather or Emergency-Related Cancellations:
- If a ride is canceled due to severe weather, road closures, or other emergencies beyond our control, passengers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
